Sourcing and Inspection Services for Garments and Home Textiles

Finding the right supplier is hard when you are oceans away. WILTEX is your sourcing arm on the ground: our eyes and ears on the production floor, from product development and raw materials to quality control and shipping.

Sourcing of all garment types and home textiles

Every product has a factory that suits it best. We find it, and we work with it on your behalf.

  • Selection of the best supplier for each product, budget and lead time.
  • Negotiation and order confirmation on the buyer's behalf.
  • Correspondence between buyer and factory.

Our own teams are based in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Egypt. We also source from trusted partners in China, India, Vietnam and Turkey.

Factory evaluation and compliance

We visit the factory to make sure you deal with a real manufacturer, not a trader, and that it can make your product to your standard.

  • Visit to the production site: machines, capacity and in-house processes.
  • Check of the factory's quality system and the products it already makes.
  • Collection of the factory's social and quality certificates for your review.
  • A short evaluation summary for the buyer before any order is placed.

Development and sampling

Product development, fabric and trim sourcing, and development and order samples, followed up until you approve.

  • Fabric, yarn and trim sourcing to your specification.
  • Lab dips, strike-offs and fabric approvals.
  • Proto, fit, size-set and pre-production samples.
  • Your comments passed to the factory, and the next sample followed until approval.

Inspection at every stage of production

Supervision at the factory, random in-line checks while production is running and a final inspection before shipment, so problems are found at the factory, not at your warehouse.
